Brown School

In communities throughout the world, more than 10,000 Brown School alumni work tirelessly to address the most urgent issues we face as a global society. By applying the knowledge and skills they acquire as students in social work and public health, our graduates’ combined impact is beyond measure. We invite you to stay connected with your fellow alumni, volunteer to share your professional expertise or support the Brown School. As an alumnus, you have access to a tremendous network of leaders in social work and public health who form a community of innovators and problem-solvers in the field.

Hillman Hall

Thomas and Jennifer Hillman Hall, the newest building for the Brown School, was formally dedicated with a ceremony on October 2, 2015. The new building, targeted for LEED Platinum certification, features the Maxine Clark and Bob Fox Forum, a premier event space that offers opportunities for conferences, lectures and town hall meetings. At approximately 105,000 square feet, Hillman Hall more than doubles the Brown School's teaching, research, and program space. Learn more
